Load kayak onto car and drive 30k to lake Wonboyn where the fishing is supposed to be great. It’s very windy and small waves are coming over the sides. Only catch 1 small flathead but it’s the first fish of the trip. Buy hot chips at Eden marina and feed baby fish our prawns on hooks. Ride along Eden’s fantastic boardwalk that goes around the lake and come back via the beach. The internet is very slow making blog entries very hard since leaving home.
